Predictive models for risk-adjusted investment decisions

PnabeldrikaTRX evaluates large amounts of data in real time and delivers evidence-based strategy recommendations based on historically verifiable backtesting results - regardless of the location of your access.

Manual decision making under changing conditions is prone to errors

Those who work on the go often make investment decisions under time pressure, with limited access to current market data and without a fixed infrastructure. These conditions increase the likelihood of emotionally driven or delayed reactions to market movements.

PnabeldrikaTRX shifts the ongoing analysis to a system that continuously evaluates data patterns and provides a basis for decision-making that does not depend on the form of the day or time zone. The models work with the same parameters, regardless of whether access is from an office or on the go.

Methodology

Technical basis of the model architecture

The following three components form the basis of every recommendation generated. Each component is independently documented and verifiable.

Predictive models

AI-powered pattern recognition in market data

The analysis engine processes historical and current price data, volume trends and volatility indicators in parallel. Probability distributions for possible price developments are derived from this, not deterministic predictions.

Validation based on multi-year market cycles

Each strategy undergoes out-of-sample testing over several full market cycles before being released for use. Transaction costs, slippage and realistic execution delays are taken into account, not ignored.

Real-time execution

Automated implementation without manual intervention

Once a strategy is activated, the system continuously monitors market data and triggers orders according to predefined risk parameters. Position sizes are adjusted to the stored risk budget, not to market sentiment.

Historical model performance and risk metrics

The following key figures come from the backtesting period of the respective strategy and reflect executed simulations taking fees and slippage into account.

Strategy module period Ø Annual return Max drawdown Sharpe Ratio
Trend following multi-asset 2018-2024 +9.8% −13.2% 1.21
Mean reversion FX 2019-2024 +7.4% −8.9% 1.44
Volatility overlay 2020-2024 +6.1% −6.7% 1.52
Combined portfolio 2018-2024 +8.3% −11.4% 1.38

Note: The key figures presented are based on simulated backtesting results and historical market data. Past performance and simulation results are not a reliable indicator of future results. Every capital investment is associated with the risk of loss.

Process

Three-step setup

The entire process is designed to minimize ongoing effort so that monitoring is not tied to a fixed location once it is set up.

1

API connection

Link your broker or exchange account via a read-only or trading-enabled API interface, depending on your desired level of automation.

2

Strategy selection

Selection of one or more strategy modules based on the risk profile, capital base and desired time horizon, documented by the respective backtesting metrics.

3

Automated monitoring

The system continuously monitors positions, risk limits and market conditions. Notifications only occur if there are deviations outside defined thresholds.

Frequently asked questions

Risk management, capital requirements and model logic

How is the risk per position limited?

Every position is checked against a stored risk budget before execution. Position sizes are calculated based on volatility and maximum permissible drawdown per strategy module, not set across the board.

What minimum capital is required?

The required capital base varies depending on the strategy module chosen and broker conditions, as minimum order sizes and margin requirements vary. Details are presented as part of the strategy selection.

How is the model logic made comprehensible?

Each strategy is documented with a description of the underlying indicators, the backtesting period and the validation method used. There is no full disclosure of the proprietary model code.

What happens during market phases outside the backtesting period?

Strategies undergo continuous walk-forward analysis to identify deviations between simulated and actual performance at an early stage. If there are significant deviations, the affected strategy is paused and checked.

Can access be completely location-independent?

Yes. Monitoring takes place via a web-based dashboard that does not require a local installation. Notifications can be configured regardless of time zone and location.
